Infinbank held a direct line with the Board Chairman
On the thirteenth birthday of InfinBANK, December 24, 2020, the Chairman of the Board Bobur Burkhanov participated in a direct line with employees online.
Birthday is a great reason to get everyone in one place and remember achievements, discuss mistakes and setting up plans. An open dialog with the Chairman of the Management Board is an everyday occasion for our bank, but such a large-scale meeting, available to every employee of all branches, has been carried out for the first time.
In the beginning, direct line has received over 60 questions and suggestions, and Bobur Burkhanov answered live (the employees rated the questions by voting) to the most brilliant ones. Plus, during the occasion, all InfinBANK employees had the opportunity to ask their questions live on the air personally to the Chairman of the Management Board.
Bobur Burkhanov started the event with a small trip into the history of InfinBANK: he recalled how innovative and aggressive the bank’s start was for the market, noted the team’s considerable achievements over the years, cast the results of 2020. “In spite of surprises that 2020 brought us, our Bank has took the right policy - asset growth and curbing risk appetite *. After analyzing the changes in the world followed by the global pandemic, we made changes to both growth plans and business performance plans. However, nevertheless, when many financial institutions did not achieve such a result, we reached the indicators indicated in the part of the net profit from the assumed part of income. This is the achievement of our entire team,” - noted Bobur Burkhanov.
Questions asked by the InfinBANK employees had related to various topics: proposals for simplifying banking operations, ideas to reduce credit risks for banks, arguments in favor of new partnerships, thoughts on optimizing reporting and personal questions about the life of the Bank’s Board Chairman.
One of the questions obtained the most response: how do you see InfinBANK in five years?
“To my mind, InfinBANK will be among the banks rendering the best service, providing omnichannel and digital services. I am sure that by continuing our joint work started three years ago, we will easily achieve this,” - answered Bobur Burkhanov.
The direct line has been lasting for two hours, in total, the Chairman of the Board answered 26 questions and suggestions.
The conversation turned out to be lively and honest, with a tendency to set a tradition to celebrate InfinBANK’s birthday with a direct line with the board chairman.
