JSCB «InfinBANK» won GOLD REWARD at the yearly reward «SAP QUALITY AWARD» in the category of “ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES”
Moscow, April 11, 2018 - the ceremony of the rewarding of conquerors and prize-winners of reward SAP Quality Award 2018 in the region of the CIS in three categories – “Transformation of business”, “Advanced technologies” and “Rapid result” took place.

Victory in this competition is the acknowledgement of professionalism in the projects of the introduction of SAP solutions. So this is a confirmation of the fact that bank management made the right choice, entrusting the realization of the strategic project to «SAPRUN Group» company.
It is important to note that the introduction of the business-solutions, which became the guarantee of bank’s success, did not occur by themselves. Project engaged 10 months – this a good indicator, taking into account a number of the complexities, which were overcame in the course of the introduction: these are changes in the organizational structure of bank, which required new business- processes, and the cardinal change of approach to the work in several subdivisions of bank, and the distributed communications because of the geographical distance of participants in the project command.
As a result InFinBANK combined more than 600 thousand clients, accelerated the process of maintenance in one unique system, and reduced treatment of clients on the average to 3 the days due to the creation and automations of contact- center. The management of bank can operationally control any deviations in the business- processes and make the administrative decisions.
Summing up the sums of the first stage it should be noted that the second level of the project is waiting us in the nearest future: in the partnership with the command of «SAPRUN Group» company we must automate a number of operating processes, and also budgeting and price formation. For 2018 it is planned the introduction of mobile system into the IT- environment and development of mobile application for bank clients.
