Meetings with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Promsvyazbank PJSC, Moscow, Russia
On February 6, 2017, in the course of the official visit of representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to the Republic of Uzbekistan purposed at discussing the key priorities for future cooperation, the EBRD Director of the Financial Institutions Department met up with the governance of InFinBank JSCB.
On February 6, 2017, in the course of the official visit of representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to the Republic of Uzbekistan purposed at discussing the key priorities for future cooperation, the EBRD Director of the Financial Institutions Department met up with the governance of InFinBank JSCB.
Within the bounds of the negotiations, the parties discussed the possibility of entering into cooperation for support of small and medium businesses, as well as in the fields of mutual interest.

The EBRD was found in 1991 to support a market economy and democracy. The bank's shareholders are 65 countries, the European Union and the European Investment Bank.
Uzbekistan joined the EBRD in 1992. The Bank has executed about 55 projects in the country, having invested a total of almost 900 million euros. The latest EBRD strategy for Uzbekistan was adopted in the summer of 2005, and the last project was accomplished in 2007.
Also on this day, the meeting of the InFinBank’s governance took place with the representatives of Promsvyazbank PJSC (Moscow, Russia) in the person of the Head of Commercial and Syndicated Lending, the Head of Sales in Financial Markets and Deputy Head of Risk Management of Financial Institutions.
In the course of the meeting issues of current cooperation were discussed, as well as the ways of its further expansion in the field of settlement business and commercial financing. A special priority was accorded to the issues of realization of financing of large investment projects in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
