JSCB «InFinBank» is proud to announce gaining of the Certificate of Quality Management system, thus becoming the only and the first bank in the Republic of Uzbekistan, certified according to the new edition: 2015 of the international standard ISO 9001, i.e. the bank whose principles and processes of interaction with customers meet globally recognized requirements in the field of quality management. The scope of certification includes the provision of banking services for both individuals and legal entities, provided by the Head Office of the Bank, as well as 12 bank branches operating in practically all regions of our country.
Certification ISO 9001: 2015 is a testament to the quality of management and evaluation of best practices in the organization, the Bank's directivity on quality - qualitative improvement of products and services provided to clients, transparency and efficiency of the internal processes of the bank. ISO 9001: 2015 certificate is a recognized level of management not only in Uzbekistan, but also abroad. We succeeded to achieve this level, above all, thanks to the coordinated work of the entire staff of the Bank. Obtaining ISO certification is a great honor for the Bank and a sign that the Bank provides clients with services at the highest level and strives to make every effort to ensure that our customers are the most satisfied with not only the quality of banking services, but also the service that accompanies them during service.
