Results of the annual general meeting of shareholders of the bank
On May 7th, 2018 there was carried out current annual general meeting of bank’s shareholders, in course of which the annual report of Management board of bank on the sums of 2017 about the financial-economic activity of bank was confirmed.
Changes into the composition of Supervisory and Management Boards of the bank were introduced by the decision of the meeting of shareholders.
Composition of Management Board of bank:
- Burkhanov Bobir Nodirkhonovich – Chairman of Management Board;
- Nu’monov Bakhrom Khamidullayevich – Deputy Chairman of Management Board;
- Numanova Olga Leonidovna – Deputy Chairman of Management Board;
- Toshpulatkhuzhayev Zhamolkhuzha Omonkhuzha ugly – Chief Accountant;
- Zubairov Timur Rifkhatovich – Director of Treasure Department;
- Saburov Anvar Rozmetovich – Director of Juridical Department.
Composition of Council of bank:
- Abdusamatov Maksud Abduvaliyevich – Chairman of Council of bank;
- Akhmadzhanov Aziz Nigmadjonovich – Member of Council of bank;
- Abdullayev Zikirillo Sagdullayevich - Member of Council of bank;
- Sabirov Valikhan Sabirovich - Member of Council of bank;
- Khasanov Solidjon Khasanovich - Member of Council of bank;
- Khisamiyeva Gulnara Dzhangirovna - Member of Council of bank.
Special attention in the course of meeting was accentuated for the confirmation of the composition of the Counting and Audition comissions of bank, the assertion of organizational structure of bank and the introduction of changes into the charter of bank.
