Meeting Agenda:
- Approval of the regulations of the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders;
- Determination of the maximum amount of declared preferred shares of a bank;
- Approval of amendments and additions to the bank’s charter.
The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be compiled as of October 9, 2019
The Council of the Bank asks shareholders and representatives of shareholders to come to the meeting with an identity document, representatives of shareholders of legal entities to provide a power of attorney with an identity document.
Registration of participants in the meeting will begin at 14.30 hours on October 15, 2019 and ends at 15.00 hours.
